Current prices:

• Trial period: €0.50 for 48 hours
• Monthly subscription: €39.90/month
• Secure payment via Stripe

Prices include VAT.

3.3 Automatic renewal

At the end of the trial period, the subscription automatically becomes monthly.

Renewal: The subscription automatically renews each month.

3.4 Cancellation and refund

The User can cancel at any time from their client area.

3.5 Payment methods

Credit card payments via Stripe.

4. Intellectual property

4.1 Company rights

All Site elements are exclusive property of the Company.

4.2 License of use

Personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license.

4.3 User content

The User remains owner of their data.

5. Liabilities

5.1 Company liability

The Company is not liable in the following cases:

• Network malfunction
• User refusal to share position
